We did appreciate the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast during our stay, and that the service staff was well-mannered. Additionally, the location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was situated near several popular attractions. We also enjoyed the comfortable bedding provided in the rooms, which made for a good night's sleep.
Our experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. We found that the staff's approach to hospitality was lacking, and there were frequent power cuts which disrupted our day. Furthermore, the front desk receptionist was unwelcoming, which added to an overall negative impression. The quality of decor was also poor, resulting in a less than satisfactory experience.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location and easy to reach by different means of transport. the staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome during check-in, even at early hours. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of three.
The decorations for events were not adequate and caused inconvenience during the birthday party.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Clean and comfy rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location was perfect for exploring the city's landmarks and transportation was easily accessible.

Great location, close to public transportation and easy to access. the room was reasonably priced and had a nice view from the window. Staff was quite accommodating to my needs and provided excellent service. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious.
The room was not properly cleaned and had a musty smell.
